Fire Damage to a Highland Park House

The rooftop flames did some devasting damage to this home in Highland Park. When our SERVPRO of Montgomery North team was called in, we started to remove all the ruined furnishings and flooring and then we could start the demolition of the damaged building materials. We then tarped the fire damaged roof areas to keep out the elements and vermin. At that point, we sprayed antifungal and antimicrobial agents to sanitize the work area. We also placed several ozone machines and air scrubbers to purge the smoky odors from the building. One of our trusted trade partners was then contracted by the homeowner to rebuild this fire damaged home.
